ABOUT US Castaic Middle School is part of the Castaic Union School District. Castaic Union School District serves students and is located in Castaic, CA. Castaic Middle School believes the importance of empowering the learners of today for the challenges of tomorrow. Castaic Middle School, in partnership with the community, promotes a focus on empathy and integrity while providing a 21st Century learning environment that inspires critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity. We currently offer 5 different music classes including Beginning Band, Advanced Band, Percussion Ensemble, Choir, and Beginning Guitar Ensemble. There are approximately 200 students currently enrolled in band, choir, guitar, and percussion ensemble classes. Through the music department at CMS, students acquire key life skills including: self-confidence, diligence, discipline, perseverance, patience, and teamwork.
